How to Remove an Immunization After you have marked it Completed
1. From the Immunizations screen under Encounters, select the one that you need to remove and select the "HX" button.
This is the Immunization Status History button:
2. From the HX pop-up window, select the "Rollback Status" button to roll back the Completed status.
NOTE: Any time you see a Rollback Status function, it will roll back the latest status. Also, if your Rollback Status button is disabled,
this could be that the Encounter has been closed. In order to edit Immunizations, the encounter must still be open, or if closed, it
must be re-opened.
3. Once you have rolled back the Completed status, the answers will be cleared and any charge codes
that were mapped and inserted into the Charges screen automatically, will also be removed (deleted)
