Patient lab result attached to wrong patient chart?

If you find an elab attached to an incorrect patient chart you can remap this to move to the correct patient chart.

 

  1. You will go to the patient chart this was incorrectly attached to first and go to patient documents and select this elab document.
  2. When you have selected the elab document, at the right-hand side of this screen you will see a button ‘Change Patient’.

  1. You will select that button and then search for the correct patient account you need to move this elab to.

  1. Once selected, this document will be now moved from the incorrect patient chart and you will see this in the correct patient chart you have selected to move this to.
