If you are trying to pull Med HX from Surescripts within ReLimed for a patient and a message pop up ‘Patient record found, no medications were available’ here is why this may be happening.
Per Surescripts they receive this data from PBM partners or fill data from retail pharmacy partners. But sometimes when a patient account is found but no Med HX is pulling up it could be due to the patients’ insurance plan for their pharmacy has changed from one PBM to another. Or possibly the pharmacy or group does not participate in e-prescribing.
Surescripts is the only option for this Med Hx at this time and unfortunately, we are at the mercy of Surescripts to provide this data within the system.
