How to Reset a Patient's Portal Account Password

This can be accomplished from two different screens in the EMR:

 

1. Navigate to: Admin -> Admin -> Admin Portal Users then searching the portal user account either by patient or even emailid then the "Search" button.

 

Once seeing the portal user account in the grid, select it and then at the bottom of the screen select the "Send Reset Password Link" button. 

 

 

2. Navigate to: Patient Chart (Select the particular patient) -> Patient Info -> Portal Users

Once seeing the portal user account in the grid, select it and then at the bottom of the screen select the "Send Reset Password Link" button.
