When Surescripts Med Hx is giving message "Patient not found"
print icon

If you are trying to pull Med Hx from Surescripts within ReLimed for a patient and a message pops up ‘Patient not found’, this may be due to the formulary being turned on in this patient's chart and Surescripts does not have any record for this patient’s insurance to provide you with their Med Hx.

Something to do to help this scenario is on the medications screen you can turn off the ‘Formulary’. You will click ‘OFF’ and then pull up the Med Hx and refresh. Now if the database can pull this patient information up without including that formulary these past medications should be showing up now.

**If this does not work, there is a possibility that the pharmacy this patient has used in the past is not connected within Surescripts system to provide you with this information.
