Beginning with Windows 10, you can change the Scale of your text. 

Windows 11:

To increase the font size on your computer, you should be able to right-click on a blank space on your desktop

and choose Display Settings:

Then select "Scale"

You normally do not want to go higher than 125% as it can skew some screens within ReLiMed EMR and possibly 

other applications you have running. 

Windows 10:

To increase the font size on your computer, you should be able to right-click on a blank space on your desktop

and choose Display Settings:
