At the bottom of this help document you will find the past ECQI links for prior years. The steps stay the same except taking you for the measures, requirements, and HTML links needed for that specific year. 

For Measure Year 2026:

Then you will find the CQM you wish to view, and click on the hyperlink

Then click on the Specifications tab and finally the html page:

Then, in the gray sections, you can find the English descriptions of the main measurements: Denominator, Numerator, etc.
