If you are looking for a smart phrase to be added when closing encounters for clinicians who are working under your supervision you should follow these steps.

You will search for the provider supervisor you would like to add this smart phrase to.

Once you search for that name then you will go to the preferences tab. You will add the smart phrase to ‘Supervisor Co-Sign Comments’ and then Save this screen once done.

Now anytime a clinician who has this provider set as their supervisor and they mark the encounter ‘Send to supervisor’, once the supervisor signs and closes this chart this comment will display underneath the normal signature applied to a closed encounter.
