ReLi Med Solutions offers an OUTBOUND only Fax feature that can help streamline your office workflow for Medical Records and Referrals.
This is an optional feature that has a cost of $0.03 a page and is only charged the following month after a count is calculated.
You do not need to port any previous fax number since this is outbound only.
The Fax cover sheet will have your practice logo, name, address, phone and incoming fax number.
After making the request through support and signing the addendum to the contract, we can have it set up and operational in about 2 weeks.
This allows you to immediately take advantage of Referral providers' and Payors' fax numbers that are stored in the system.

You can view previously sent faxes and ensure they have been sent successfully and compose and send faxes from our Dashboard Faxes screen:
Dashboard -> Fax (0) *The number in parentheses will alert you to errored or pending faxes
To see the latest Sent or Errored faxes, just select the "Sent" or "Errored" box on the left.
When you see the list of faxes on the right hand side, you can search through them by clicking on the blue bar at the top of the grid in a heading,
then press ctrl-f. This will bring up a search box at the top and you can enter a string, for example MR#.
To send a new fax from this screen, select the "Compose" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Search in the Name field through your Payors and Referral Providers, or manually type a name and fax number.
- Use the Notes box to free text a note
- Use the "Add" button below the Files box to attach files from your computer/network
- Select "Preview" when you are ready to send the fax.
Some things to NOTE:
- Maximum page length is 150
- Busy signal retry is 30 times with a 3-minute delay (minimum) between attempts
- No answer retry is 5 times with a 3-minute delay (minimum) between attempts
- Faxes are set to archived (hidden from Fax screen) after 180 days.
