How to Adjust Scheduler Resources (columns) to see less of them

If your practice has a lot of Scheduler Resources, it may become hard to see each one as the columns become very narrow in the view:

 

For example, see this screenshot below:

 

 

To adjust this to see better, follow these steps:

 

 

  1. From the Scheduler screen, select the “My Preferences” menu option from the “Scheduler Options” menu on the top blue bar:

 

 

  1. From My Preferences, click on the “View Calendars” dropdown to select which resources (columns) you want to see displayed as your default view. You can always use the My Calendars directly from the Scheduler screen on the top right to temporarily adjust this view.

 

 

You will then see just those selected by default when you log in:
