How to Edit an Employee / Personnel

Typically, only the Office Manager or Owner has the privilege to this screen. 

 

You can go to Admin -> Personnel -> Personnel Entry then Search and select the appropriate Personnel.

 

 

Change the name fields. 

Remember to SAVE with the button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

 

NOTE: If this is a Provider, you need to be careful about the following items:

- The name change is recognized by Payors for Billing claims

- Name on NPI / DEA record matches for ePrescribing

- ReLiMed Support may need to sync the Schedule Resource name to match
