You can add phrases or paragraphs and even copy formatting to save under Plan Templates.
Then when you are charting under Encounters -> Plan, go to the Plan sub-tab. This area is meant for any free-typing or narrating.
Then to add a previously saved phrase, you simply position your cursor where you want to insert the text and click on the keyword to the left that will insert the saved phrase or paragraph.
1. Go to Admin -> Encounter Related Lists -> Plan Template Question List
2. Select the sub-tab called "Plan Templates"
3. Go to the bottom empty row and enter in the keyword or name for this saved phrase or paragraph
4. Click back on the "Plan Question List Entry" sub-tab, select your new phrase on the left-hand side and then you can enter what your saved phrase or paragraph should be on the right side. You can also copy/past into here which will preserve formatting as well.
5. From Encounters -> Plan -> Plan, position cursor and select the keyword:
