In order to see all "Envelope" information on a Message such as: 

- All the messages receivers in the "TO" field

- Who Sent the message

- The Patient Attached to the Message (If applicable)

- Any Document Attached to the Message (If applicable)

- Any Date of Service (Encounter) Attached to the Messages (If applicable)

Click on the expand (>>) button on the bottom where the message body is displayed in either the Messages screen under Dashboard or the Patient Messages screen under Patient Chart

Once expanded, it will change to the Collapse button (<<) so you can once again hide that information:
