When you are in the patient chart you will go to the ‘Patent Info’ tabà ‘Demographics’.

Within ‘Demographics’ you will go to the sub tab ‘Advanced’. You will then see a check box ‘Patient is Inactive’. You will check this box and then the drop-down box below will allow you to select the reason ‘Death’. Then you will save this at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
