Having issues with EPCS ID.ME Authenticator App

If you are having issues with the App on your smartphone (ID.ME Authenticator) that is used to approve the Push Notifications or Generate a Code for you to be able to send Controlled Substances, what should you do?

 

The fastest way to resolve this is to restart the app on your smartphone. This most likely just means swiping up to close it and then resend the code or re-transmit which will force the app to open again on your phone. Sometimes, this app can "hang" or just get stuck like many other apps on your phone.

 

You could also try to restart your Smartphone if closing the app does not work.
