Updating Messages when moving existing user to a new Privilege group

When creating a new privilege group for an existing user you will also need to make sure the messages they received before are updated in the “Messaging” tab on the admin screen.

To do so you will need to know the previous group they were in and match any messages they were receiving before when this privilege group change happens. Make sure the correct practice location is chosen at the top or if they are in multiple you will need to do this for each location for this new group. You will need to go through each “Message User Action” tab and see what the previous group was receiving. Making sure to save on each tab you are updating.
