How do I know what pharmacy my refill will go to?

The pharmacy selected as the patient’s preferred pharmacy in the top grid (eg. National Specialty pharmacy below) is where a refill prescription or new rx will be transmitted regardless of the pharmacy associated with previous dispense (highlighted in yellow below).

If you wish to change the pharmacy from National Specialty pharmacy (in this example), you would need to change the preferred pharmacy to CVS (for this example) by selecting CVS and deselecting National.
