What to do if Zoom asks user to log into account when a Telemedicine Appointment is started

The quickest and easiest thing to do in this case is to create a new Telemedicine appointment on the scheduler and send new video link to the patient (make sure you have cell phone and email address for the best success), You can then chart on either encounter and delete the other one.

This can be due to Zoom expiring the meeting link on or after 90 days has passed.
