How to View a Patient's Statement that was Sent

You can view a patient's statement from the Patient Info -> Billing Account screen, then click on the Statements tab. Locate the Statement run in question and click on the ellipsis button under the PDF column. 

 

This will bring up the PDF which contains all of the patient statements for that particular run. Once it opens, use the ctrl-f key combination which will bring up a search box at the top of the PDF. You can then enter the patient’s MR# or name and enter and it will take you right to that patient’s statement.
