There are two options for the section titled "Health Maintenance Updated" in the Encounter Summary. By default, it is set to a Summary option which is simply the name of the Health Guideline that was Discussed/Ordered/Performed/Updated.

If you would prefer to have the dates and details added to the section for each Guideline, please contact ReLiMed Support and ask for this option to be turned on for your practice:
