How to mark a patient deceased / transferred

  1. Navigate to Patient Chart -> Patient Info -> Demographics
  2. Click on the "Advanced" sub tab
  3. Click on the checkbox for "Patient is Inactive"
  4. Select Reason from the dropdown. You may also be prompted for a date.
  5. Be sure to click on Save

NOTE: The patient will still be in the system, but will show as inactive.
