How to mark a patient deceased / transferred
- Navigate to Patient Chart -> Patient Info -> Demographics
- Click on the "Advanced" sub tab
- Click on the checkbox for "Patient is Inactive"
- Select Reason from the dropdown. You may also be prompted for a date.
- Be sure to click on Save
NOTE: The patient will still be in the system, but will show as inactive.
