Why is my staff member/personnel not getting the messages?

Automated Messages are driven by Privilege group. From the Admin screen, if you go to "Messaging", you can check each type of Automated Message by selecting that on the left, then viewing which group and/or individual is selected on the right to receive that message. This screen allows you to click on the privilege group and view which staff members are a part of that group.

 

If you determine that you added the new personnel in the wrong group, you should go to Admin -> Personnel -> Personnel Entry, select that personnel and then change their Privilege group to match the one that was setup to receive the messages.
