How do I add a new Provider in the system?

Your practice has a certain number of Provider licenses and as long as you have inactivated another provider to add the new one in, you will be able to. If you need to increase your license which does incur additional charges, you will need to contact Support. 

 

Once you have added your provider, you will need to inform ReLiMed Support in order for us to make sure all the proper features are activated. Please see the attached form, fill it out completely and send back to support via email at [email protected]
