You are able to add Referral Providers by navigating to…

1. Admin -> Referral Providers
2. You can use the top fields to search for existing Referral Providers in the system:

To Add a new one:

1. Click the Add button above the grid
2. Dropdown under Specialty and choose (eg. Psychiatry)
3. Enter Last Name (eg. Patel)
4. Enter First Name (or leave blank if practice)
5. Enter Phone Number/Fax
6. Save
