How to add a new Referral Provider
You are able to add Referral Providers by navigating to…
- Admin -> Referral Providers
- You can use the top fields to search for existing Referral Providers in the system:
To Add a new one:
- Click the Add button above the grid
- Dropdown under Specialty and choose (eg. Psychiatry)
- Enter Last Name (eg. Patel)
- Enter First Name (or leave blank if practice)
- Enter Phone Number/Fax
- Save
