If you are unable to export a medical record, there are a few things to look out for.
-If you do not have restricted account access. If you do not have this access and either the patient account or a document type is set a restricted this may interfere with exporting a patient’s document.
-When exporting medical records, we recommend if you want to include everything in this export, uncheck both the claims and CCD selections from this export to successfully work. (For certification purposes we must include claims and such as an option to select for these exports but are not needed typically when exporting patient charts medical records for patient purposes.)
