Patient Kiosk Check-In (Patient)

 

ReLiMed has the ability to allow a patient to perform an appointment self check-in via their phone or tablet’s browser.  This feature allows the patient to enter the following information during the self check-in process : 

 

  • Reason for today’s appointment (chief complaint)
  • Contact Information (Address, Phone, Email)
  • Insurance
  • Forms and Agreements
  • Medical History
  • Social History
  • Family History

 

During this self check-in process, all information that is entered by the patient is recorded directly within their chart.  This should help to reduce the workload of the staff as a portion of the intake workload is performed directly by the patient.
