Patient Kiosk Check-In (Office)
ReLiMed has the ability to allow a patient to perform an appointment self check-in via their phone or tablet’s browser. This feature allows the patient to enter the following information during the self check-in process :
- Reason for today’s appointment (chief complaint)
- Contact Information (Address, Phone, Email)
- Insurance
- Forms and Agreements
- Medical History
- Social History
- Family History
During this self check-in process, all information that is entered by the patient is recorded directly within their chart. This should help to reduce the workload of the staff as a portion of the intake workload is performed directly by the patient.
