To edit Health Guidelines...

1.  Go to Admin -> Clinical Support -> Health Guidelines 

2. Select the Health Guideline you wish to edit -> adjust the criteria and tab through. Changes will be saved.

3. To edit criteria for a specific patient only (and not all patients) -> select the guideline in the top grid -> enter patient information in bottom grid

To add a new Health Maintenance...

You will scroll to the bottom of this list and add on the blank line all fields needed for this new entry. You will tab through each column to save this new Health Maintenance.
