Note that we have changed from Identity.com to ID.Me as Identity Proofing vendor, so some of the screen shots in this document do not match the current set of screenshots. We also have an easier method of 2 Factor Authentication which is a Push notification to your phone as an option besides getting a code and having to enter that into the EMR before prescribing.  The overall process and other screens are the same.
