Adding / Editing Patient Lists

Go to Admin -> Clinical Support - Patient Lists

Go to Patient List Entry tab

Add the name of the list (the best describes the list you want to pull) in the List Name field

In this example we want to pull all patients that are diagnosed with Diabetes in the system, so we are calling it 'Diabetes Patients'

Now go to Patient List Criteria Entry tab

Click on Add

Teh Criteria selection opens up in the middle of the screen

The drop down give you many options for criteria selection

We want to pull Diabetes patients list, so select the Problem/Diagnosis from the drop down options

The Problem search/selection fields open up

Search for Diabetes ICD 10 code, for example E11.00

Check 'Match Primary Diagnosis (first 3 digits) so the system does not look at a specific ICD10 code, it will look for all ICD10 codes that start with E11.

Click on Save

The criteria gets saved to Criteria grid at the top

You can add more Diabetes codes with different code category, each time clicking on the Add button, selecting a code and checking off the Math field so all codes in that category are looked at, set the last drop down value to "And"  and click Save.

If you want a more specific list of patients with other criteria - for example Diabetes patients that are taking Metformin...

You click Add, Select Medication for Criteria Type

Search and select the Medication

And select "And"  and click Save.

If you want to further refine the list by Age, you can repeat the same process, this time selecting the Criteria type as Age.

You should be able to select upto 10 different criteria to pull a refined list of patients from the system.
